The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials throughout the facility, from the intake of materials to the organized distribution of outbound products.
This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate activities across various departments.

Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving Operations:
Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of quantities and specifications against packing lists and purchase orders.
Record and update inventory levels in the system, collaborating with the warehouse team for proper storage.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure a steady supply of materials for recycling operations.
Material Handling and Storage:
Oversee the efficient and organized storage of incoming and outgoing materials.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and Logistics Manager to ensure proper handling and storage Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and audits.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with warehouse team and managers to coordinate material movement in alignment with production schedules and shipping requirements.
Coordinate and delegate the daily activities of forklift operators to ensure the efficient and safe movement of materials.
