Job Description This is a unique role where we are looking for an extremely smart and creative individual to fill our open Video Producer and Social Media Manager position.
This position would be responsible for video creation for use on social media, capable of video editing, email marketing, and producing videos for advertising.
It is required that they understand and measure the social algorithms for increased followings and PR.
This is a hands-on position that will utilize the person's unique talents and expertise.
This role has the potential for expansion to do marketing for some of our professional installation customers.
In this ideal scenario, the growth opportunities for this role is unlimited.
We think this is an excellent opportunity for a driven person that does not accept failure.
You are the right person for this role if you are an expert in one area of high-end B2C marketing, understands branding, experienced in email and social marketing, work well with teams, communicate extremely well, and have a desire to help people.

General Responsibilities and Duties:
Underground marketing (Podcasts, YouTube, TikTok, etc) Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube (and any other appropriate social) posting, advertising and creative Email marketing PPC video content with measured ROI (if you think this is the biggest answer you are the wrong person) Direct Mail (where applicable) Consumer customer quality lead generation that lead to successful sales Commercial customer quality lead generation that lead to successful sales Measure all marketing campaigns accurately for success Ability to learn from failed marketing campaigns Ability to iterate ideas with a team Detail oriented Ability to focus and prioritize tasks Understand our complex customer base Work well with others A passion for customer satisfaction Hard working Good work ethic Able to adjust to a quick moving environment Highly driven Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
