Hebron, KYSummaryThe Embark Internship Program contributes to the spiritual, personal and professional development of the studentAs a Graphic Design Embark Intern the student will be involved in design tasks along with participating in the production of preliminary versions of designs, engaging in design solutions and processing feedback to improve designs with a willingness to learnThis position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal differenceThis position should display our Core Values of SERVE (Serve, Equip, Relate, Value, Engage) when interfacing with both internal and external customers to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion.ResponsibilitiesPromote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.Approach all tasks with a second-mile mindsetPrioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignmentsParticipate in life skills development courses provided for Embark InternsUnderstand project requirements and ideas using feedback from other designers to improve.Pitch creative concepts and drafts using graphic techniques to collaborate with team members to launch projects.Use type, color, backgrounds, photos, illustrations, 3D elements to produce Directional Signage, Promotional Signage, Books, Exhibit Design Layout Panels, Logos.Print Promotional Material, Layouts for CNC production, PowerPoint slides, and Exhibits, using Adobe Design Suite and other computer design software as needed.Work with outside print shops, selection of printing materials and follow through whole printing process.Since we are also a production shop, responsibilities will include learning how to work with our in-house printing operation and the use of the wide format printer and other related equipment to produce final exhibit ready signage and artwork.Exhibit model making will also be a part of the design process.Work with Fabrication and Design Teams on exhibit installation.And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.QualificationsRequirements Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Must live in ministry-provided housing while serving as an internRegularly attends a local Bible-believing church.Be able to work well under pressure, determine priorities and product resultsWork creatively with others.Able to support/defend your ideas to others and be open to feedback providedFluent with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Work as a team member with the ministrys objective.Mission focused and motivatedAble to multitaskEducation & Experience Must have a minimum of 45 College CreditsMust be currently pursuing a degreeGraphic qualification or similar.Graphic Design experience.Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Photoshop.Knowledge of design techniques and ability to work well within a team.Talent for creativity, problem-solving and time management skills.Artistic aptitudePortfolioItems Needed for Possible Employment Completion of on-line application, https:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
