Responsibilities:
Arrive early and walk to your line and make sure its 100% ready for start up Works with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
Responsible for the safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run.
Take line attendance daily Train new employees Responsible for tracking and obtaining daily production goals Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Must have 2-5 years of experience leading employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong math skills and attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Apply Now:
