Staff Management - SMX is a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies throughout the country. We have a great opportunity with growth potential for a Recruiting Analyst in Hebron, KY. The Recruiting Analyst is an important role that requires a solid background in data analytics and recruiting functions. This individual will monitor, measure, and critique recruiting operations as we continue to refine our systems and processes. This team will have significant client interaction so strong communication skills are required. As a Recruiting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and acting upon the recruiting funnel for your assigned sites at SM - SMX. The Recruiting Analyst reports to the Manager of Centralized Recruiting and is expected to work 45-50 hours per week as needed. All the positions on this team are expected to be flexible and may be asked to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends. Your schedule will be based on account needs, projects, vacation schedules, and special assignments. Responsibilities: Analysis of Candidate Pending and Manage Activities to Increase the "Ready to Start" Candidate Pool. Collect labor planning data, identify trends and anomalies, and communicate potential shortfalls. Pending Candidate Pool Management. Field advocate with ACS to ensure candidates are efficiently moving through the hire process. Agency Readiness: Ensure all agency associates are compliant with all required hiring documents. Ensure the positions given to agencies to fill are aligned with their candidate's availability. Support Learning for the Field Recruiting Managers: Develop the necessary training documentation for pending management. Develop and document various scripts for the field to utilize for call/email blasts and social media feeds. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Required. College Degree preferred. 2 to 5 years work experience in a business environment, including reading and analyzing recruiting information. Leadership Experience. Organizational and Analytical Skills. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Be detail oriented and well organized. Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Have the ability to solve complex problems and take decisive actions. Have a productivity mindset. Have the ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and expedite job responsibilities and initiatives. Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, PPT and Word).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
