Inventory Manager / CVG

The Inventory Manager will have responsibility to effectively manage, oversee and control all aspects of our Inventory Control process. Must ensure that we are in compliance with our cycle count program and be able to investigate and quantify any overages or shortages as well as verify any adjustments.
Ensure cycle count program is 100% compliant each week.
Lead the inventory team in investigating and resolving any inventory issue.
Verify product overage and shortages before adjustments are made.
Investigate and respond to all customer inventory inquiries.
Inventory shrinkage must be kept within customer SLA's
Supervisory
Responsibilities: Y or N? Yes. Fulfillment Operations Supervisors as well as Newgistics Hourlies.
Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related field.
Strong fulfillment inventory and operations background.
Able to effectively prioritize and handle simultaneous responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Experience with WMS and pick/pack/ship processes.
Familiar with computers, word, excel, etc.
Able to lead, motivate and mentor fulfillment personnel.
