OPERATIONS MANAGER OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is a front line leadership position responsible for creation of a cohesive team and positive work environment to enable Associates to flourish in a Fulfillment Center. The Operations Manager monitors the development of their team and makes changes as necessary during the shift to ensure a safe and efficient operation. The Operations Manager provides guidance and support to the shift leads and associates. This position requires self-direction, flexibility, and a willingness to set the example of providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Management and minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, or equivalentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
