Manufacturing Lead

Great company in Hebron is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for one of their production cells. This great temp to hire position requires someone who is talented, skilled in both wiring and mechanical assembly. Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5pm.
Primary functions are:
- Mange workflow through the shop based on release and shipment dates
- Manage Inventory Control with project coordinator to ensure purchasing requirements are managed timely
- Manufacturing Lead, including: Assembly of Control Panels, Testing, Inspection and Documentation with QAQC
- Coordinate Shipments with Ship/Receive Depaartment
Responsibilities Include:
- Become an expert on all specifics of making this product line
- Fielding questions directly from customer about manufacturing and testing process
- Be available for start-up and troubleshooting calls from the field
- Potential field service trips if techs can not resolve issues.
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in panel building
- General Understanding of wiring and plumbing
- Working knowledge of PLC and HMI
- Strong Electro-Mechnical abilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
