Sr. Funnel Mgmt Coordinator

The Sr Funnel Management Coordinator under the direction of the Funnel Management Specialist will work directly with regional COEs to manage the candidate funnel at each site. The Centralized Support Services team will be made aware of new labor orders through a Trouble Ticket submission to include the labor plan file. Based on the information provided to the FM Specialist from the weekly labor calls with the COE the funnel management coordinator will create new staffing requisitions and then will move candidates through the ATS funnel to fill hiring event (HE) and new-hire orientation (NHO) targets to include sending event invitations, reminders, withdrawing, and rejecting applications. This role has responsibility of managing the candidate funnel from the point of candidates applying for positions within fulfillment centers through the candidates being hired as tier I associates. This positions owns administratively managing the funnel for both direct hires and conversions. Primary responsibilities include:
Manage Applicant funnel daily to fill HE and NHO targets to include sending event invitations, reminders, withdrawing, and rejecting applicants. Create Requisitions Calendar management to include calendar creation, monitoring and locking before events Monitor funnel and calendars to make staffing recommendations Initiate/Monitor/Troubleshoot contingencies (partner with compliance) Communicate with candidates for contingency follow up Create HC requests & match candidates prior to NHO within SLA Follow up with NHO no show candidates; assist with NHO reschedule as applicable or disposition with reason General candidate communication via ATS Monitor Amazon Customer Connections Systems (ACCS) & Centers of Excellence (COE) Trouble Tickets (TT's) Create & Monitor Conversion Matrix and eligibility Conduct shift slotting & shift upload prior to HE Amazon Operations and Distribution is a 24/7 environment and shifts may change due to business needs.nBasic Qualifications This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field, or equivalent years of education and related experience. Exceptionally strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service required. Candidate must have the ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority. u2022 This position also requires a strong professional commitment to the successful development and maintenance of a highly complex Human Resources team. u2022 Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities from multiple sources required; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary. u2022 Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs. u2022 Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. u2022 Excellent follow through on commitments, using sound judgment with the ability to recognize and handle sensitive/confidential information. u2022 Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.nPreferred Qualificationsu2022 Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems are desired. u2022 Prior experience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll, heavy data entry and/or customer service preferred.
