Sr. Program Manager Operations
Amazon is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join its ReCommerce organization that will undertake Global Standardization & Continuous Improvement Projects. Amazon ReCommerce simplifies the buying and selling of used/open box products, so that our customers have confidence in the quality, price, and condition of the product they choose and have a range of buying, renting, and selling options, which gives them the best value while reducing landfill waste and increasing reuse to benefit the sustainability of our planet. The right candidate will possess a strong operations and/or program management background and is passionate about advocating for the customer, an effective communicator and problem-solver focused on building scalable and automated solutions. You will champion and diagnose global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, devise strategies and guide/implement the improvement effort. You will be a caretaker for global best practice sharing and documentation. Considerable judgment and subject matter expertise is necessary, as you will be motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment where explosive growth is occurring while striving to achieve impeccable quality.
